  Our expertise comes from years of experience in the real estate industry. We've experienced the constant ups and downs of the real estate market, which has allowed us to assist our clients accordingly.  We are the founders of Chique Ambiance Staging & Design, and Kelly Realty Group, a real estate firm, which currently operates in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.  Staging plays a huge roll when preparing your home for the market.  We've assisted numerous clients with staging and decluttering spaces, which has resulted in referrals and repeat business over the years.

    Kelly was born and raised in New Jersey, where she originally developed a unique sense of style. At the age of 24, she moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, not realizing the endless opportunities for growth in doing what she loved. She began her real estate career in 2005 with a commercial real estate company specializing in retail leasing. In 2011 she acquired her Brokers license focusing on residential real estate and moved on to starting her own real estate firm in 2017. She has since then expanded into South Carolina, then Georgia, which is where she currently resides with her husband Anthony, Co-Owner and Managing Director of the firm.  Owning a real estate firm has allowed them to bring on other Agents and incorporate staging as a new business and added service. They currently offer staging services for homes and businesses. 

   Anthony was born and raised in Opelika, Alabama and graduated from the University of West Alabama with a Degree in Business Management.  As Co-Owner & Managing Director of Chique Ambiance Staging & Design and Kelly Realty Group, Anthony's focus is on business development.  Anthony brings over 24 years of experience in sales. He's looking forward to continuing to build upon the legacy and foundation of both brands.
